Why ArtistOS exists

I signed a deal for help.
I got ten years of debt.

ArtistOS isn't a startup idea. It's the answer to a decade I can't get back — written by an artist who learned exactly what happens when you can't see your own ideas or your own income.

01

Looking for help

I did what you're told to do. I signed with management and a record label because that was supposed to be where the opportunities and the guidance came from. I had songs, I had drive, and I trusted that someone with more experience would turn that into a career.

02

Ten years, zero dollars

The deal locked me in for a decade. In all of that time I never earned a penny — everything was accounted for as "debt." I couldn't see what was recouped, what was owed, or what my own catalog was doing. When you can't see your money, you can't argue about it. That's the whole trick.

03

The other half of the problem

Meanwhile my ideas were scattered across voice memos, notebooks and sessions I never finished. Procrastination wasn't laziness — nothing showed me which idea was closest to done or what it would take to get it there. Unfinished songs earn nothing, so the two problems fed each other.

04

So ArtistOS got built

Two visible things change everything: your ideas and your income. ArtistOS tracks both, cuts the friction that keeps ideas unfinished, and makes each song something you can see, complete, own, and earn from. It's the tool I needed at nineteen — not a deal that explained my earnings away.

"Nobody steals a career in one move. They just make sure you can't see the numbers."
